Cauldron Alchemy

If you're playing on Bedrock Edition, this featureĀ will not work.

Using Cauldron Alchemy

To use Cauldron Alchemy, you must place a Cauldron on top of a Magma Block, then right click the Cauldron. This will open the Cauldron Alchemy menu. Below is the minimal build to use Cauldron Alchemy

The Cauldron Alchemy screen is like the Furnace interface, though the Fuel slot is replaced with the water level of the Cauldron. When out of water, you cannot use the Cauldron and must refill it with water.

Refilling the Cauldron

To refill the Cauldron, you can use the vanilla Dripstone mechanics to refill the Cauldron with water. You can also use Water Bottles and Buckets of Water to refill the Cauldron.

Some Alchemy recipes restore water, such as converting Wet Sponges to Sponge, or putting Water Bottles or Water Buckets into the GUI rather than emptying them with right click on the block.

If you have any suggestions for new Alchemy Recipes, feel free to suggest them in the S5 Roundtable in the Discord, or via a Ticket.
