Season 5 Modpack License

The SMPOnline Season 5 modpack has a mixed license.

All mods included in the pack are licensed under their originally provided license unless otherwise specified. Links to those licenses can be found via each Mod's respective Modrinth page, accessible via the Dependencies section of any Modpack version.

Non-mod files, such as configs, are provided with no warranty or license, and may be used in any way.

License Exceptions

The custom port of "xercapaint" distributed in the modpack (called "Joy of Painting" on Modrinth) is an unofficial port of the mod under the same license as the original. The code can be found here with a Pull Request to contribute it back to the original project here. Joy of Painting is originally licensed under GPL 3.0 and this port remains licensed the same way. Permission to redistribute the modified version of the mod on Modrinth has been requested here.
