Subscription Linking

This is a troubleshooting guide. For more info on initial server setup, review the documentation here.

"I subbed but I'm still a trial player"

1. Make sure you've logged into the website with your subscription.
2. Verify you've linked your Minecraft Java Edition account to your subscription on the website.
3. Ensure you're joining the Minecraft server on the correct account by sending a message in chat and checking your username.
4. Allow up to 5 minutes for your subscription status to update in game, or try relogging.
5. Contact staff for help if still not working.

"The server shows I'm in hardcore but I'm subbed in game"

Disconnect and reconnect to the server. This should fix it - the hardcore hearts are client side only in this situation and would not result in you becoming banned.
